Starr BRM-200 manual Brix Refractometer is perfect for quickly determining the sugar level or Total Dissolved Solids % in an aqueous sample such as jams, jellies, honey and syrups.

Simply place 2~3 drops onto the daylight plate and close the cover flap. Hold the refractometer towards a light source and look through the eye piece. Brix % will be indicated on the fixed scale.
